I had an amazing experience with Adam at Grade A Garage Doors. From my initial phone call to the day of the installation it was great. He answered all my questions that I had with such kindness and professionalism. He had a great selection of doors and motors available and was able to get it instock and installed quickly! I had called around to price shop at other locations in Orlando and I couldn't beat his price with the level of responsiveness from any other business. I recommend this company 10/10!

Our garage door wouldn't open so found Adam's company on Nextdoor. He knew over the phone what the issue was and tried to get a part on a Saturday, he was unable to get the part but came and got our door open so we could get our cars out. Scheduled a return visit for the repair and he was on time and completed the repair in a timely manner. Adam was very helpful and would highly recommend him and his company for any garage door issues.

Our garage door malfunctioned on a Saturday afternoon. As a result, our cars were trapped inside. We called Grade A Garage Doors and they came to the house within an hour and a half. Took the services person, Adam, about 45 minutes to repair the door. We appreciated his responsiveness and professionalism. Pricing was straightforward. Will use them again if our doors go bonkers again.

Really exceptional experience! Called on Friday, Adam answered and set me up for Saturday AM. Arrived on time, spent two hours on two doors fixing poor workmanship from another vendor, explained everything to me plainly, told me all costs up front, gave me options and ultimately did great work. Now my rickety unreliable doors are smooth and stealthy, and evening with a lot of parts and two hours work only a couple hundred bucks. Awesome, thank you!

We contacted Adam for a broken spring last night. He responded first thing in the morning. We made an appointment and he showed-up exactly when he said he would. He was able to fix our spring issue - our garage door now works again and is significantly quieter than it was before it broke.
